The gap between the hammer head and the impact plate can be adjusted to meet various material quality conditions. The composite crusher is a crushing equipment developed by our company by introducing advanced foreign technology and combining it with the actual situation in China. This equipment is an ideal device for crushing fine particles of materials such as lump coal, coal gangue, limestone, iron ore, gypsum, etc. It has been widely used in secondary or tertiary crushing in industries such as mineral processing, coal, building materials, chemical industry, refractory materials, etc. This machine is suitable for crushing operations of building materials, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, limestone, clinker, coal and other ores. The compressive strength of the crushed material shall not exceed 140 megapascals, and the humidity shall not exceed 15%.
Debugging:
(1) Check whether the lubricating oil pipe is reliably connected. Before trial operation, add oil again by adding No. 3 lithium based lubricating oil or molybdenum disulfide grease;
(2) Check the connections of each component for firmness and reliability, and whether there are any foreign objects on the impeller. If there are, they should be cleaned and eliminated in a timely manner.
(3) Check if the motor wiring is correct and if the voltage is normal. If there are any abnormalities, they should be repaired immediately.
(4) Before installing the drive belt, jog the motor first, and its rotation direction should be consistent with the signboard of the sand making machine, that is, when viewed from the feeding port, the impeller rotates counterclockwise. If the direction is opposite to the signboard, adjust the motor wiring to make its rotation direction consistent with that of the sand making machine
(5) For dual motor drive, the spindle assembly and the motors on both sides should be connected with the same number of V-belts, and the tension of the V-belts on both sides should be adjusted to be the same and straight.
Precautions for operation:
Before starting, check whether the equipment observation door is closed properly. It is strictly prohibited to open the door during machine operation to prevent danger.
2. The equipment must be started with an empty start, and production can only begin after the composite sand making machine is operating normally.
3. Feed according to the allowed particle requirements of the equipment, otherwise it may cause equipment damage and low output.
